Programs & Resources for Everyone
Adult Book Group - This group meets every 6 weeks. Please call the library for information on how to join a book discussion group.
Adult Winter Reading Program - This program is held in January and February. For every book read or audio-book listened to, patrons may fill out a form to be drawn for a monthly prize.
Family Movie Night - Join us at the library for a movie, snacks, and time spent with friends!
Family Library Time - Parents are welcome to bring their children in for a craft/playtime while they enjoy coffee, donuts, and a little break.
Painting Program - This program is offered every month with a new masterpiece to paint. Due to a set number of painting stations, please call the library in advance to reserve your spot.
Toddler Time - Join us Tuesdays at 10:30am for Toddler Time! Bring your little ones and have some fun! There will be stories and a craft along with other special activities! We look forward to seeing you!
Children's Summer Reading Adventure - The library sponsors a 7-week reading program for children each summer that is packed with many fun activities! The children's summer reading adventure is for ages preschool through middle school. The adventure starts with an exciting kick-off event in June, and ends with a celebration in July for all of the children who finish the 7-week program. Please contact the library in early May for registration information. Registration week is the first week that Camanche Schools are out for summer break, and registration cut-off is the beginning of the following week.
High School Summer Reading Adventure - The library also sponsors a separate summer program for 9th-12th graders. Please call in early May for more information.
